We LOVE coastal haze! The food is absolutely amazing and portions are huge. Local family owned. The restaurant is always extremely clean and everyone is so friendly! Only a few minutes off the island with a beautiful outside dining area.

We had a fantastic experience at Coastal Haze for dinner! Definitely will be a place we visit again and again. We got the steak banh mi sandwich, chicken pita sandwich, buffalo wings, and fries. Everything was delicious... the pita was homemade y'all! The Haze sauce was so yummy. The fries were crispy and fresh!The restaurant has a lot of seating both inside and outside. It's a bit of a drive from Emerald Isle and the other beach vacation spots but we recommend it. A great spot for lunch or dinner!

Great place to get great food with a unique flavor. I had the Banh Mi sandwich and loaded fries. My husband had the fish tacos and the perigoes. The food is definitely not your average bar food, which is nice to have in this area. Will be going back for sure.Staff is very nice and helpful as well.

Loved it! Favorite restaurant around. Went with a party of 4 and everyone loved their food. We got the peel & eat shrimp, burger, shrimp tacos, and steak and cheese melt. Best crunchy fries I think I’ve ever had. Loved the atmosphere, music, Prosecco on draft, and they have high chairs for babies/small children (but no changing tables in the bathrooms). Kind of a weird ordering/checkout setup but service was extremely friendly.

Unreal this place has been at it two years and we’re just now finding it. Absolute gem. Had shrimp tacos, side salad, and coastal fries…..very good. People there are great too. Highly recommend Coastal Haze.

those coconut shrimp are awesome! it's the dipping sauce that really puts them over the top! all the food was excellent! service was exceptional! clean and well decorated. Great place to relax and a great food and drink!

Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere. Similar set up to Fish Hut Grill on the island. Staff was very friendly. Clean and nice on the inside. Has nice outdoor covered patio with bar. We had a great time.

Large portions, reasonable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, in a very cozy atmosphere. They have a cozy indoor and outdoor seating area. They have a small gluten free menu. I got a Bonzo Salad with chicken. It was much tastier than I expected and the chicken was cooked just right. They use Udis gluten-free bread, and take precaution for cross contamination. They do not have a dedicated fryer so fries are out. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to answering questions regarding dietary restrictions.
